The objective of this project was to strip out a dated, dark and enclosed fit-out in order to create a new bright, light, modern and efficient new workspace that
would increase the number of staff across the floor.
A new open plan working arrangement was required by the client which was to include a variety of new
spaces for the team to meet, collaborate and socialise.
A real emphasis on sustainable design was also required by the client.
